As people across China celebrate the Spring Festival, early spring flowers are blossoming ahead of spring in many regions of China's southwest. In Zhenfeng County of southwest China's Guizhou Province, plum blossoms resembling snowflakes are blooming on tree branches across hills and fields, attracting visitors who come for a walk and to pose for photos. In a small village of Lijiang City in southwest China's Yunnan Province, over a hundred hectares of pink camellias are blossoming in clusters, providing an attractive outing for visitors. With temperatures slowly climbing up, the late winter breeze has woken up hundreds of hectares of cherry blossoms in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province, composing a poetic image of the upcoming spring season.
