The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government holds a press conference on the city's latest COVID-19 vaccination rollout plan. Earlier today, the government gave nod to the emergency use of the vaccine produced by Sinovac Biotech, two days after a panel of experts recommended the vaccine to the authorities.
