China-U.S. economic and trade relations are mutually beneficial in nature, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Friday at a press briefing.

Her remarks came after U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the U.S. will keep tariffs imposed on Chinese goods by the former Trump administration in place for now.
