Zimbabwe has started its COVID-19 vaccination campaign after receiving 200,000 doses donated by China's Sinopharm earlier this week. Vice President Constantino Chiwenga became the first citizen to receive the Sinopharm shot but urged people to continue following restrictions even after getting vaccinated.
