Signs of easing nuclear tensions have come in recent days, after the Biden administration signaled willingness to reengage in talks with Tehran, to find a way for both sides to return to the 2015 nuclear deal. Earlier this month, Iran's foreign minister said it's open to the EU playing a role in bringing back Washington to the negotiating table. Washington also reaffirmed that it needs solid support from its allies to deal with the issue.
