Live: Only ancient Eclipta blooms at Wuhou Temple in NW China

The only ancient Eclipta protea, also known as the "plant panda," has bloomed ahead of schedule at Wuhou Temple in Mian County, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, attracting visitors to see this rare ancient tree. This Eclipta is more than 400 years old. According to legend, it was planted to commemorate Zhuge Liang, an ancient Chinese politician and military strategist. When the tree blooms, its flowers resemble lotus flowers.
