Rafael Grossi, chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), met with Iran's senior officials on Sunday to discuss nuclear issues. Grossi said that Iran will grant the United Nations inspectors "less access" to its nuclear program starting Tuesday. IAEA has also reached a temporary understanding with Iran. The agreement allows IAEA to continue monitoring Tehran's nuclear program for up to three months. CGTN talked to Teng Jianqun, director of the Center for Arms Control at China Institute of International Studies, to know more about the outcomes of the meeting between IAEA and Iran.
