Hong Kong reports 16 new COVID-19 infections

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported 16 new COVID-19 cases from Sunday including 13 that were locally transmitted, the Center for Health Protection (CHP) said on Monday.

Among the local new cases, four were from unknown sources, the CHP added.
