Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Monday addressed a meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland via video link.

The regular session started on Monday and will last until March 23, during which time dignitaries representing more than 130 countries and regions will address the council.
