The first test event for the 2022 Beijing Paralympic Winter Games was held in the National Alpine Skiing Center in the city's Yanqing District, marking the beginning of an adapted sports testing program. 

The test event, also a point race for next year's Paralympic Winter Games, saw 25 domestic athletes competing in the men's and women's super-giant slalom, giant slalom and slalom. With less than one year to go until the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, the testing program has been well underway in the Yanqing and Zhangjiakou competition zones.
