After the over 90 million registered poor get lifted out of poverty, we need to establish mechanisms to prevent them from falling back into poverty. For the lowest-income earners, we will also continue to offer favorable policies and measures.

One way is to roll out regulations on relevant arrangements, including identification and registration. Also, it is about offering tailored assistance in light of specific causes and timely adjustment as conditions change. Personally, I think such a mechanism, to a certain extent, can establish a sound foundation.
