Huawei's Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou has taken HSBC bank to court in Hong Kong to seek access to documents relating to her extradition, according to court papers. 

This came after Meng lost a British High Court bid to access the banking records last week. 

The application was filed on February 25 against HSBC and will be heard behind closed doors on March 12.
