Over 20 million people in Britain have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Sunday. 

Britain also reported a further 7,434 cases and 290 new deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 4,170,519 and the death toll to 122,705, according to official figures released Saturday.
