Thousands of South Koreans adopted overseas as babies have returned to their birth country seeking their biological families. They want to know who their parents were and why they were given away. Very few, however, find the answers they're looking for.

Some even had to resort to drastic measures. American Kara Bos had to sue, in order to be recognized as her biological father's daughter in Seoul Family Court.

FSN tracks the story of Korean adoptee Antonia Giordano, who’s been searching on and off for years for her birth mother. Get a glimpse of the challenges that come with navigating the complex, and confusing system of birth searches.
