China's central government has been discussing how to better implement guidelines on patriotism in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). Lawrence Ma, the chairman of Hong Kong Legal Exchange Foundation, pointed out that "patriots governing Hong Kong" is a timely move by the central government. And patriotism should be written in legal language, to become part of law of Hong Kong SAR.
