Leading health experts from China and the U.S. met online on Monday, to explore ways of collaborating to fight the pandemic. Chinese expert Zhong Nanshan, the leader of a group of experts attached to China's National Health Commission, said the country has inoculated over 3 percent of its population of 1.4 billion so far.
