Philippine soldiers begin their COVID-19 vaccination after the country received 600,000 doses donated by China. This batch of vaccines, manufactured by China's Sinovac Biotech, arrived in the country on Sunday. Cabinet officials, health workers, military and police personnel are among the first to be inoculated.
