China's top political advisor Wang Yang stressed the enhancement of theoretical and political guidance with a focus on celebrating the centenary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the fourth session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the country's top political advisory body, held Thursday in Beijing.

Noting the year marks the 100th founding anniversary of the CPC, Wang called on members to take part in the CPC centenary celebrations and help organize the exhibitions on historic achievements of the CPC in order to help people deepen their understanding of the CPC and its mission.
