March 4 marks the one-year countdown to the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. Andrew Parsons, president of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) received an exclusive interview with CGTN, where he said that the preparation for the games is going well despite difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. He is optimistic about the scheduled opening of the games and calls for athletes across the world to get well prepared.
