One of the strategic goals created for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by Chinese President Xi Jinping is to develop it into a manufacturing base for the agricultural sector. 

To that aim, the region’s top financial planner — Huang Zhiqiang, vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region — has laid out a clear roadmap for the local financial industry to support the agriculture sector.
