China will pursue high-standard opening-up and promote stable and improved performance in foreign trade and investment by promoting the steady growth of imports and exports, high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and strengthened multilateral, bilateral and regional economic cooperation, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said in his government work report on Friday.
