What is “patriots governing Hong Kong” about?

This year’s political season has kicked off, as the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference opened Thursday in Beijing. But how do political advises contribute to policy making in China? What are their thoughts in the face of the challenges of COVID-19, China-US relations and global economic slowdown?
