China will create a more pro-business environment, pursue opening-up at a higher level, and work with all countries to accelerate the building of an open world economy, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters on Sunday on the sidelines of the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing. "To use a train analogy, China in the new development stage is like an express train with greater driving force and load capacity accelerating toward a new goal," Wang said. China welcomes all countries to get on board and move toward a future of shared prosperity, he added.
