Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi has extended his heartfelt sympathies to all the compatriots who are overseas and unable to return home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He made the comment at a virtual press conference on Sunday on the sidelines of the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing. He said China will realize full digitalization of overseas consular services.
