Chinese President Xi Jinping took part in a group deliberation with lawmakers from Qinghai Province at the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress on Sunday afternoon. He expressed concern over the post-disaster reconstruction of Yushu, which was hit by a magnitude 7.1 earthquake on April 14, 2010.
