Japanese snow monkeys enjoy 'bath time'

On March 6, 2021, several red-faced Japanese macaques, also known as snow monkeys, were seen soaking in a hot spring in Jigokudani valley in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Usually living in northern parts of Japan, snow monkeys have been observed taking nice "baths" in the natural hot spring during freezing temperatures for decades. Thousands of tourists come every year to take a peek of these adorable creatures' bath time.
