Lawmakers will deliberate a draft decision on improving the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) during the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC). CGTN's Dong Xue spoke to an NPC deputy from the HKSAR, Maggie Chan, founding president of the Small and Medium Law Firms Association of Hong Kong. She's a long-time attorney and former district councilor. She shared her take on the loopholes of the district's electoral system and improvement of the system.
