A fire broke out in a 26-floor building at 11.00 a.m. Tuesday in Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province.
The fire started from the first floor and nearby residents said explosions were heard from the building.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene immediately and the local fire department said no one was left inside.
