The objective of improving Hong Kong's electoral system is to ensure that only patriots have the chance to administer the special administrative region, Chief Executive Carrie Lam of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region told CGTN on Monday, adding that it's not about eradicating people who hold different political positions.
