Live: A visit to the China Agriculture Museum
Updated 19:33, 09-Mar-2021

How is China successfully producing one-fourth of the world's grain and feeding one-fifth of the world's population with less than 10 percent of the world's arable land? Bearing this question in mind, CGTN's reporter Lucy Lyu visits the China Agricultural Museum in Beijing to dive into the country's long history of farming and learn about the development of its agrarian civilization.
China Agricultural Museum is the only national-level agriculture museum in China that opened to the public in September 1986. At present, the museum mainly includes displays of China's agricultural civilization, thematic exhibitions of soil, farming tools, and ancient painted pottery, and an outdoor exhibition garden.
