Prohibitions on Chinese state oil giant China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) took effect on March 9. The NYSE ordered the formal delisting of CNOOC based on an executive order signed by former U.S. President Donald Trump.
