U.S. Congress has approved a $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill. While Democrats managed to retain most of the items initially proposed in the relief bill, it still faced pushback and objections from Republicans. Qu Qiang, assistant director and fellow at the International Monetary Institute of Renmin University, discussed the domestic and international implications of the bill.
