Carrie Lam, chief executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR), held a press conference Thursday after China's top legislature, the National People's Congress(NPC), adopted a decision on improving the electoral system of the HKSAR. Carrie Lam said that HKSAR welcomes NPC's decision to improve the city's electoral system.
