The scheduled meeting between top diplomats from China and the United States is expected to be the first high-level in-person meeting between China and the Biden administration. Joseph Gregory Mahoney, a professor of politics at East China Normal University, pointed out that the two countries will engage tentatively on climate change, adding he's optimistic for more cooperation from both sides.
