U.S. Senate confirms Biden's EPA pick Michael Regan

The U.S. Senate on Wednesday voted 66-34 to confirm President Joe Biden's pick, Michael Regan, to lead the Environmental Protection Agency.

Regan will become the first Black man to lead the agency in its 50-year history.
