South African drug regulator starts assessing Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine

South Africa's medicines regulator SAHPRA said Friday that it had received documentation related to the COVID-19 vaccine from the Chinese company Sinovac.

In a statement, it added that it would now start evaluating the data and assessing the efficacy of the vaccine.
