Expert on Quad meeting: Group would have a strategic goal on regional security

The Quad group, made up of the U.S., Japan, India and Australia, issued a joint statement after a virtual leaders' meeting on Friday. The statement focuses on COVID-19, climate change and security. For some analysis of the meeting, CGTN's Global Watch is joined by Teng Jianqun, director of the American Studies Department at the China Institute of International Studies, and Sourabh Gupta, a senior Asia-Pacific international relations policy specialist at the Institute for China-America Studies.
