Leung Chun-ying, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and former chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, said in an exclusive interview with Tian Wei, that revising Hong Kong's electoral system is a necessary action in response to the previously chaotic situation in Hong Kong. Leung added that after the electoral system is revised and improved, they will listen to voices from all walks of life in Hong Kong. But the right to administer Hong Kong must be in the hands of patriots.
