12,000 COVID-19 medics reunite at Wuhan University for cherry blossoms

Cherry blossoms are now in full bloom in Wuhan City, central China's Hubei Province. To pay tribute to the medics who joined the city's fight against COVID-19 last year, Wuhan University, one of the world's best spots to see cherry blossoms, opened its gate exclusively to healthcare workers on March 13, 2021. They met their local peers and enjoyed the enchanting pink-and-white floral sea.
