Beijing had administered over 10 million COVID-19 vaccine doses as of 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to local authorities.

A total of 6.66 million people had been vaccinated in the Chinese capital, of whom 3.34 million had received two doses.

The local authorities said the city would next vaccinate all senior residents, and then carry out vaccinations for those under the age of 18 based on the results of subsequent clinical trials.
