More than 1,000 demonstrators gathered in Dresden in east Germany to protest against the new COVID-19 restrictions. Few wore masks and defied social distancing curbs. Local authorities released a court order confirming a ban on the protest. Police recorded 47 criminal offenses during the rally in which 12 cops were also injured.
