The EU launched two legal proceedings against Britain on Monday, alleging that London had broken a protocol of its Brexit divorce agreement covering Ireland.
"The EU and the UK agreed the protocol together. We are also bound to implement it together," EU vice president Maros Sefcovic said in a statement.
