A detachment of destroyers from the Eastern Theater Command of the Chinese Navy conducted a drill to boost its systemic combat capability. 

The drill featured a mock attack by anti-ship missile simulators. The warships immediately switched to combat state, searching and locating targets. The fleet soon searched the waters and launched torpedoes against the targets. The drill focused on the coordination of warships, aircraft and submarines in complex environments to strengthen emergency reaction capability.
