Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Chief Executive Carrie Lam has vowed to fast-track improvements of the electoral system. The decision to improve the system was passed by the central government last week during the Two Sessions. A special panel will be set up for discussion on the improvements to the electoral system.
