U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin have arrived in Seoul, where they'll hold talks with their Republic of Korea (ROK) counterparts. Among the issues they'll discuss are efforts at diplomacy with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Meanwhile, they'll meet ROK President Moon Jae-in.
