China's senior diplomat Yang Jiechi and State Councilor and FM Wang Yi will meet with top U.S. diplomats in Alaska on Thursday and Friday. There are high expectations for the meeting among diplomatic, business and academic communities. Former Alaska governor Bill Walker hopes to see a thaw in China-U.S. relations after the deep freeze of the last four years.
