Chinese mainland reports 1 new local COVID-19 case

One new locally transmitted COVID-19 case was reported in Xi'an City, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on Thursday morning, according to local health authorities.

It is the first confirmed local case in the Chinese mainland since February 15.
