Biden says target of 100 million vaccine jabs will be hit this week

U.S. President Joe Biden said Thursday that his goal of getting 100 million coronavirus vaccine doses administered in his first 100 days in office will be met by Friday.

Biden also said that 65 percent of Americans who are 65 or older have received at least one shot of a COVID-19 vaccine.
