A high-level strategic dialogue between China and the United States is underway in Anchorage, Alaska in the United States. Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minster Wang Yi, who is attending the meeting, said China is willing to exchange views, but will not accept unreasonable accusations from the U.S.
