Vaccinations with the AstraZeneca jab resumed in Italy and France on Friday, following a brief suspension over fears of blood clots. The World Health Organization has stated that its expert committee on coronavirus vaccines has found no indication to show "an overall increase in clotting conditions" in those inoculated with the AstraZeneca jab.
